60 minute session (53+ min)                    $150.00

Couple/family session (26+ min)                $150.00

First session (Intake Assessment)               $170.00

45 minute session (38-52 min.)                   $125.00

30 minute session  (16-37 min)                    $ 85.00

EXTENDED COUPLE THERAPY

Some clients in couple therapy opt for extended “double” sessions, which run 90 minutes. These have a rate of $175. Insurance does not cover a 90 minute session, therefore these are available only through private pay.

INSURANCES

Mental health appointment fees may be covered in part or in full by your insurance provider. I recommend you call to find out the details of your coverage. You might ask:

• Is Merinda Leach and Hawthorn Counseling In-Network with my plan?

• Do I have mental health benefits?

• Are individual, couple, and/or family sessions covered?

• How many sessions per year are covered?

• Do I have a deductible? Has it been met?

• What is my co-payment and/or co-insurance?

• Do I need pre-approval from my primary care doctor?

PAYMENT

Payment is due at the end of each session, unless an arrangement has been previously made. Cash (exact amount), Check, and all major Credit Cards are acceptable forms of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay a $50 no show fee.
